I've tried treats and positive reinforcement for months, but my Labrador would still ignore me whenever we were outside. The beep and vibration modes worked surprisingly well. After about a week of consistent training, he's responding much faster to commands. I haven't even needed to use the static mode. Very happy with the results.
We live on a large property and I needed something that could reach across the yard. The remote range is impressive and stays connected even when my dog wanders pretty far away. The LED light is also a nice bonus for evening walks.
